The Studuo reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these Terms of Use. By accepting our terms of use, you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates.

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions that take place on this website. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

Conditions of Sale & Return Policy:

• We reserve the right to change any service, product prices, product specifications and availability at any time. All prices and descriptions supersede all previous publications. All sizes are approximate.

• We reserve the right to refuse any order if the product is mistakenly priced on the website. Customer will have the option to either cancel the order or pay/receive the difference in case if the actual price is respectively higher/lower than the published price.

• We cannot guarantee that colors of the product shown on our website are accurate as colors from monitor to monitor might vary.

• We reserve the right to revise any stated offer and to correct any errors or omissions throughout the website at any time even after an order has been placed.

• We reserve the right to reject any order that is placed with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the email address you gave us when you placed the order. In this case we shall refund your money in total within 2 weeks from the date the amount reaches our account.

• -he Studuo is not obligated to pay labor or installation costs of any of the products. Some of our products come pre-assembled and some other require assembly which is to be done by the buyer. Such products usually come with installation manuals.

• Customer has the right to cancel his order. Such cancellation must be done within 48 hours from the date of purchase.  Customer will be charged 15% of the amount as cancellation fees. Any cancellation done after 48 hours of purchase will be denied.

• Delivery period is approximate. Products might be delivered within or after the delivery period mentioned. The Studuo shall not be liable for any delays or errors by the original manufacturer or delays due to increased security procedure at customs or ports. In all cases The Studuo shall notify the customer of the delivery schedule once confirmed from its respective source.

• Freight charge is additional for every order and is calculated based on the weight/ volumetric weight and destination of the purchased item/s. The amount will be emailed to the customer within 72 hours of purchase.  Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Customer is responsible of verifying and providing the right shipping address. The Studuo shall not be liable for any discrepancy or error in the address provided by the customer. Should the address be incorrect, please send us an email at info@thestuduo.com immediately. Customer will be responsible of paying any fees to redirect the shipment to the right address.

• Shipping charges does not include customs fees. Customer is responsible of paying all customs fees or clearing charges.

• Upon delivery, if the product has a damage that is visible, this must be reported directly to the driver. Thereafter the damage must be reported to The Studuo’s customer service within 48 hours by sending an email to info@thestuduo.com. Please attach supportive pictures of the damage. Always save the original packing for possible claims against the shipping agent. All claims of damage upon delivery made after 48 hours of delivery will be denied.

• Items with manufacturing defection can be returned within 10 days from the delivery date. The product must be in essentially unchanged condition, which means, but not only limited to, that the product must be unused and the original packaging must be undamaged. But in all cases, the customer is totally responsible for shipping the item back to us. After receiving back the product, The Studuo shall replace the product in part or in total depending on the defection type and shall ship it back to the client free of charge. A delivery schedule shall be sent to the client accordingly.

• We will have the right to debit the cost price of any missing part if the returned item is incomplete.

• As some of our products are made-to-order, orders can only be canceled within 48 hours of the date of purchase. After 48 hours orders cannot be canceled. Also Items that are made-to-order or custom-made may not be returned unless with a proof of a major manufacturing defection.

• If you place an order of any of the “available in stock” items and that particular item gets temporarily out of stock, you will be given the choice to either wait until the item becomes available or to get a refund. The refund will be made two weeks after receiving the order using the same payment method used when placing the order.

 

Payment Options
Our Website can either accept PAYPAL Payments or Offline Payments.

• For offline payments, orderes will be processed by using standard wire transfer to our bank account. Upon confirming the purchase at the last step of the checkout process, customer will receive an automated invoice for the purchased items. Another updated invoice will be emailed to the client within 48 hours and which will include the shipping charges to the customer’s destination. Client will have 48 hours to proceed with the wire transfer. Usually wire transfer takes up to 5 working days. We will not process any order unless the amount has been credited to our account. We will have the right to refuse and return payments processed after the two working days period.

All transactions are processed in € (EURO) value is converted based on the day’s exchange rate. Fluctuations in the exchange rate between processing and posting can and will occur and can be up to 2% (either more or less). Overages due to this fluctuation will not be credited.
 

Warranty
All The Studuo products come with a limited warranty period. The period might vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. The warranty certificate will be available within the product’s packaging.
Warranty will not cover damaged items due to improper installation or as a result of misuse.
Warranty will not cover any damage that is caused by using our product under abnormal conditions.

By purchasing and installing our products, you agree that The Studuo, Five Dots Trading LLC, its employees and affiliates cannot be held responsible for any accidents, liabilities, misuse of products or damage caused. Our products must be used with care and precaution.
